Warranty
Optimuscell provides a 30-day limited warranty on all repairs and electronic devices purchased directly from Optimuscell.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 30 days.
Physical damage or water damage occurred after the date of purchase or repair will result in voided warranty.
Repairs completed to Devices with previous water damage are not eligible for warranty.
Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Coverage Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or any other causes not arising from defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
If the device is found to be defective under the terms of the warranty, Optimuscell will repair or replace the device at no cost to the customer.
Any repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
Optimuscell reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and the appropriate course of action, including repair, replacement, or refund.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of (20% of the total purchase/repair price) will be applied to all returns of electronic devices and ordered parts, unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
The restocking fee is intended to cover the cost of processing the return, inspecting the device, and restocking it for resale.
Pick-up time frame and storage Fee
Customers have (30 days) to pick-up any device or parts ordered after been notified that it is ready for pick-up.
Failure to pick up the device within the specified time frame may result in the application of storage fees.
If any electronic device or parts ordered are left unclaimed for (30 days) after the customer has been notified that it is ready for pick-up, a storage fee of ($2 per day) will be charged for an additional (30 days), making the pick-up window a total of (60 days) paying storage fee.
If a device or part is left unclaimed for (60 days) after customer has been notified that it is ready for pick-up, Optimuscell’s owner, management, or employes will consider devices or parts abandoned, and will opimuscell have the right to dispose, reset, sell, or part out any devices or parts, the taken option will be selected accordingly to the business best interest.
Communication
Customers will be notified via phone call or text message when their electronic device or parts ordered are ready for pick-up.
Optimuscell is not responsible if customer provided the wrong number.
Optimuscell may reach more than two times and it’s not required to call or message in a constant manner.
Optimuscell does not keep call or message log and may not be able to provide proof of communication.
